🏡 1. PRO: You Can Still Get a Lot for Your Money

One of the things I appreciate about Northeast Arkansas is the variety of homes available.

Depending on your budget, you can find everything from:

👉 Established neighborhoods

👉 New construction

👉 Homes with larger yards

👉 Properties with acreage outside town

And you don't necessarily have to drive an hour away from everything just to find those options.

🚗 2. CON: You're Probably Going to Drive

Jonesboro isn't exactly a walk-everywhere city. 😂

For most people, having a vehicle is pretty much part of everyday life.

Work.

Groceries.

Restaurants.

School.

Most of the city is built around driving from place to place.

If you're moving here from somewhere with great public transportation or extremely walkable neighborhoods, that's definitely an adjustment.

📈 3. PRO & CON: Jonesboro Is Growing

This one's both.

Growth means more development, businesses, restaurants, housing, and opportunities coming into the area.

That's exciting.
